B is for...

...well, blogging as it turns out.

And not, mercifully, Being stuck in an airport - as happened the last time we came here (in the month Before this one).

Here, By the way, is Beautiful Kansas City, MO.

So here, Beached on a Bench, I Blog.

Why so? Well...

...Because. :-)

  9. Wait, they have a beach in Kansas City? We had one of those in St. Louis but it turned into an EPA superfund site. Keep your flip-flops on!

  11. Thanks again for the comments. Jon, perhaps I should have just gone with "benched" - but I liked how the other flowed. :-)

I'll keep my flip-flops handy, just in case.

  12. I can picture you blogging from a bench below a tree. Are you below a tree, or is that just my imagination?

  15. Chris was in that airport today... not impressed. He is on his way to Chicago--neither of us have been there. Lucky him.

    Where are you headed?

  16. Soooz: I loved your Crocodile interview - it was *too* funny.

Manzanita: A duck? Sorry, the cats would object (or eat it/her/him). Glad you enjoyed the post.

Candyland: Thanks. Blogging is, indeed, a good B word.

Sylvia: Thank you for dropping by - this is a fun challenge.

FARfetched: The trip turned out very well, thank you.

Angela: Just your imagination, although there are trees around, and parks and fountains (I like Kansas City)

Karen: Good to "meet" you also. Glad you enjoyed the post.

Misha: Pleased to meet you also

Rekha: Would that blogging kept me balanced, but alas...

2: MCI is a small-ish airport. I sort of like it for that very reason. We weren't headed anywhere, once we got there. Straight shot from San Francisco to Kansas City.
